Bill Esterson MP enjoyed the chance to sit at the controls of a new helicopter on its arrival at the Airbus site in Broughton.
Mr Esterson, MP for Sefton Central and Shadow Minister for Business and Industry, was invited to climb aboard the new Airbus H175M.
Mr Esterson said: “It was a real pleasure to visit Broughton in Cheshire to see the new helicopter, which Airbus hopes will become the replacement for the MoD’s current fleet of Puma 2s. This would create hundreds of good-quality jobs here in the North West and across the UK, and support so many businesses through the supply chain.”
