David Kellaher has breached his licence conditions following his release after serving a sentence for a drug offence.
Merseyside Police are appealing for help in finding the 30-year-old man from #Litherland who is wanted on a recall to prison for breach of his licence conditions.
A spokesperson from Merseyside Police said: "David Kellaher has breached his licence conditions following his release after serving a sentence for a drug offence."
"He is described as 6ft tall, medium build, short dark hair and brown eyes."
"He has links to the #Netherton area."
