Formby Golf Club are looking for full time (38 hours pw) and part-time bar staff to join their team at Formby Golf Club.
Our team are a key part in what we do, and their well-being and engagement are one of our main priorities.
Under the guidance of the Clubhouse Operations Manager, you will be part of a close-knit team playing a vital role in providing an outstanding service in a warm and friendly atmosphere to ensure our members and guests have an exceptional experience.
Previous experience is desirable but we will also consider exceptional candidates with potential.
Your responsibilities cover all aspects of setting up and operating a first-class food and beverage service in a unique environment.
The role is interesting and varied with opportunities to be involved in all aspects of the service to a discerning clientele.
To ensure we hire the best available team members, the pay rate is £9.66 per hour if you are over 22, which will rise to £10.25 in April 2022. Pay rates for younger members are minimum wage + 75p per hour.
There is also a substantial bonus paid twice a year from members gratuities.
