Netherton Way will be closed (southbound), from Dunnings Bridge Rd to Bridle Rd, from Mon 29 March

Netherton Way in #Netherton will be closed (southbound only), from Dunnings Bridge Road to Bridle Road, from Monday 29 March 2021 for approximately 16 days (excluding Good Friday to Easter Monday).

Bus diversions are as follows:

Route 56 will travel as normal from Netherton to Boundary Road, then via Dunnings Bridge Road, Park Lane, Bridle Road, Netherton Way, then as normal route to Liverpool (omitting a section of Netherton Way).

Route 135 will travel as normal from Bootle to Church Road, then via Dunnings Bridge Road, Park Lane, Bridle Road, Netherton Way, then as normal route to Aintree Station (omitting a section of Netherton Way).

Route 235 will travel as normal from Bootle to Southport Road, then via Bailey Drive, Netherton Way, Church Road, Kirkstone Road South, Harris Drive, Orrell Road, Watts Lane, Linacre Lane, then as normal route to Bootle (omitting usual direction of Watts Lane, Orrell Road, Harris Drive, Kirkstone Road South, Church Road, Netherton Way and Bailey Drive).
