Two Arrested After Drugs, Cash and Scrambler Bikes Seized in Crosby Police Warrant

Two men have been arrested and suspected drugs, cash and scrambler bikes seized following a police warrant executed in Crosby.

At around 8.35am on Friday 5 June, officers attended a property on Radburn Road as part of an ongoing investigation. During the warrant, police recovered a large quantity of suspected cannabis, nitrous oxide, cash and five scrambler bikes.

A 39-year-old man and an 18-year-old man, both from Crosby, were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class B and Class C drugs, possession of cocaine, and handling stolen goods.

Both men were taken to police stations for questioning and have since been released under investigation while enquiries continue.

Detective Chief Inspector David Jones said: “This is an ongoing investigation, but it is extremely pleasing to have identified and removed suspected drugs and scrambler bikes from circulation.”

“We see on a daily basis the harm that both issues cause in our communities, and we’re determined to keep responding to information where we can take positive action.”
