Here at Sefton Bubble, we want everyone across our borough to know that support is available when you need it most.
If you or someone you care about is struggling with their mental health over the weekend, Sefton’s Crisis Cafés in Southport and Crosby are open to provide a safe, welcoming space and compassionate support.
Run by Sefton CVS, the Crisis Cafés offer adults a calm alternative to A&E during times of mental health crisis, no judgement, no pressure, just support.

One-to-one support from trained staff
A listening ear when things feel overwhelming

5.00pm – 11.00pm
Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
Crosby: Fridays are appointment only
Southport: Drop-in welcome
