Huge well done to the Hightown Beach Clean group making a huge difference on behalf of residents

Well done to everyone that helps out with the Hightown Beach Clean Club who continue to clean our beaches and keep them litter free for everyone to enjoy.

The club is run by Tommy Norbert who said: “Well day two of our beach tidy up around the sailing club with another amazing ten volunteers today. Holes filled, last bits of rubble moved, new safer, cleaner, smoother pathway completed all thanks to our amazing team.“

”We plan on holding an event each Spring with the usual biscuits, tea, cakes to do a days maintenance on the path as needed. All loose metal also now removed from beach.“
