Merseyside Police are appealing for information to help find a man who is wanted on recall to prison.

Michael Seddon, 34, is wanted after he breached his licence conditions.

Seddon is described as 5ft 9in tall, of slim build, with blue eyes and short brown hair. He also has a scar to the left of his mouth and a scar on his right elbow.

He has links to Sefton, Liverpool, Bournemouth and Dorset.
