Emergency services remain at the scene of an RTC in Ainsdale

Emergency services are at the scene of an RTC in Ainsdale that has happened this evening.

A black Volvo car was Involved in an RTC with a stationary parked van and ended up sideways up the side of the van.

The boot was open on the car and the airbags had gone off. There was one ambulance on the scene with two fire engines and numerous police vehicles.

The RTC happened on Kennilworth Road and Westminster Drive just next to Shoeside Orimary School in Ainsdale.

We do not have any more information at this time but if anyone witnessed the RTC, please contact the police on 101.
